   n order to use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You must also create a user account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SuperBots immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
    

3. Fees and Payment
   SuperBots may charge fees for certain Services, as set forth on the Site or in your user account. By using the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. SuperBots reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time, with notice to you. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
    

4. Intellectual Property
   The Site and Services, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other content, are the property of SuperBots or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or Services without SuperBots' prior written consent.
    

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   SuperBots does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or content provided through the Site or Services, and is not responsible for any errors or omissions in such information or content. SuperBots is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or Services, even if SuperBots has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SuperBots may also terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. SuperBots may also modify or discontinue the Site or Services, in whole or in part, with or without notice. SuperBots shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or Services.
    

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   These Terms and your use of the Site or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California and the award shall be final and binding on the parties.
    

9. Miscellaneous
   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperBots and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to the Site and Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of SuperBots to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without SuperBots' prior written consent. SuperBots may assign these Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without notice to you.
